This is Lake Mapourika and it is located in the West Coast of one of New Zealand's southern islands. What I find interesting is that its deep blue color is due to the fact that it is made of fresh rain water. Also, this image uses a jpeg format.

This is a 3D graph of a striped square with its middle morphing through with an invisible cone-shaped presence. An interesting aspect of this gif are the contrasting colours that caught my eye. Also, this is in a gif format.
